Inspired by the rural desert of my home in Joshua Tree,

California, my paintings are abstract expressionistic in style.  As in the desert, light plays against dark—shadow and juxtaposition create movement and depth, enhanced by the use of metallic paints and rich copper tones. In a self created style and method, I use air brush, dry brush and air hose to apply metallics, acrylics and solvents.
